The composition of Na2So4 filler masterbatch: Sodium Sulfate + Synthetic Resin(Virgin/LDPE/LLDPE

/PP/PVC/EVA/PA/PS/PET/PBT/ABS)

+ Dispersant (PE Wax ) + Various additives (coupling agents).

CaCO3 filler masterbatch

Calcium carbonate filler masterbatch is a kind of white plastic granule with PE/PP as carrier. CaCO3 is the main component. The mesh of CaCO3 is determined by the user's use effect, generally 500 mesh to 1250 mesh.

BaSO4 filler masterbatch

Barium sulfate filler masterbatch takes PE/PP, styrene resin as carrier, BaSO4 as the main component, the mesh of BaSO4 can reach more than 10,000 mesh, and the transparency of products can be maintained to the greatest extent.

DESICCANT MASTERBATCH

Efficient anti-foaming masterbatch (also called dehumidify masterbatch, masterbatch)is suitable for all kinds of enterprises which make produce with PE and PP recycled plastic . The raw material contain moisture has a very serious impact for plastic manufacture, so companies usually dry the plastic with drying equipment , which is a great waste of energy and manpower and increase the cost of the product.
